Hays is assisting its client in its search for a 1st line IT Support Engineer to join a company based in Brussels and located close to the train station. The company is easily accessible and offers a professional environment and the opportunity to expand your knowledge by working together with experienced people. In your role of 1st line IT Support Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic and motivated team. You will be in charge of providing first line support to the end users of the company; both remotely and face-to-face. You will work on various IT issues related to hardware, software and network and you will analyze the situation to find an adequate solution. If necessary, you will escalate the problem to the 2nd line IT support.

As a first line IT Support Engineer, you have a good affinity with IT. On top of that, you are eager to learn more about IT and you are looking forward to being part of a company focusing on the quality and on the expertise of its employees. In addition to that, you have excellent analytical and communication skills along with a problem-solver and customer-oriented mindset. Finally, you put the emphasis on delivering quality and you are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
