As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will manage, motivate and support a team of 5 Customer Service Representatives to ensure stability and high performance of the service provided to the clients. You will ensure the objectives set for the Customer Service KPIs are met and report them to the direct manager. In case an objective is not met, you will identify the root cause and establish an action plan to ensure improvement within the agreed time frame. This means you will ensure Customer Service operations are running smoothly according to the established timelines and service level agreements. Furthermore, you will provide full visibility on the status of the region to the senior management. You will address issues proactively and you will look for an appropriate solution. If anything changes in the processes or work instructions, you will communicate this immediately to the team and you will set control mechanisms to ensure the processes are observed.

You have an extensive knowledge of Excel. You are flexible, dynamic, customer-oriented, stress resistant and a real people manager with a hands-on attitude.
