For a key player in the automotive leasing industry, Hays Sales is looking for an Account Manager who will develop a B2B client portfolio throughout Belgium.

The purpose of the job is to develop a client portfolio with a focus on large accounts in Belgium. You are responsible for the whole sales process: from detecting new opportunities and new clients as well as following incoming leads to analyzing the needs, advising the client on a tailor-made solution and finally negotiating contracts and prices. You are mainly on the road to visit your clients, but you also work at the office to prepare your visits as well as to ensure a smooth collaboration with other departments. You are in charge of the administrative follow-up of your clients and of updating the CRM accordingly. You work in the long run and develop your network within the largest companies in Belgium to ensure a long-term relationship. The headquarters are located in the north of Brussels and you will be expected to work there two days a week.

The ideal candidate has minimum 2 years' experience in an external sales position with a focus on business development. Next to this, you must have experience in selling services and be able to prove a successful track record of acquiring new B2B clients. You have an excellent level in Dutch and French. You are a hunter and like to open doors. Moreover, you do have a real hands-on mentality, are proactive, open, results-oriented, flexible and a real team player.
