The aim of one of this leader in Europe is to offer extra-legal advantages to employees and to increase their spending power.
In a sales team of nearly 40 employees (BeLux), you will join the most important one (20), handling the biggest clients of the company.
- Two inside sales teams, based in Antwerp and Brussels (14) will allow you to meet with new accounts to introduce our clients products.
- You will handle the area of Brussels & a part of Wallonia
- You will be working closely with a Sales Assistant, who will provide you as many support as possible to make you as profitable as possible
- You will be in charge of handling and managing the existing accounts (1000 - out of which +/-100 of them is providing more than 50% of your results)
- You will also have business development target, mostly in your existing accounts via up-selling and cross-selling methods,
- You will meet in Face to Face your prospects & existing accounts (mostly strong and experimented buyers), negotiating and renegotiating with them new frame agreements.
- You will participate to corporate events.
