Job Description

In order to support our Sales department :

MISSION:

Within the Sales Operations department you are the internal point of reference for market analysis and the monitoring of the network performance in Belgium & Luxembourg.

You analyse the data and report the information in a clear and structured way.

Main responsibilities:

-Determination and follow-up of the monthly and quarterly targets:

-Quantitative: Sales, invoices, registrations of vehicles, etc.

-Qualitative: Customer satisfaction , improvement of the knowledge of the sales force in the network, leadmanagement, etc.

-Provide support to the Marketing teams in order to implement the Brand-strategies within the network.

-Define the correct commercial action plans.

-Provide assistance to the Field Force in order to support them in their relation with the distribution network.



Job Requirements

PROFILE:

•You obtained a Master, preferably in Business, Engineering or ICT. •Command of written and spoken Dutch, French & English is required,

•Analytical mindset; Flexibility, autonomy and dynamism are required. •Good knowledge of MS Office and in particular of Excel & Powerpoint. •Strong reporting, writing & presentation skills.
