Description

As Office Manager you will be:

  • The first point of contact between the company and the clients (email, phone)
  • You will work closely with 2 managers to assist with administrative tasks
  • You will help them for travel arrangements, agenda management,etc.
  • You are the organiser of some event and conference
  • Managing office supplies
  • Preparing accounting (scan-print invoices, check incoming invoice,etc)
  • You will be in charge if providing help for visitors

Profile

The perfect candidate for the function of Office Manager is:

  • You are fluent in English and French, Dutch is a plus and always welcome !
  • A proactive person
  • A person who already worked in the banking or financial sector (it's a plus)
  • You must have the sense of contact with clients
  • You must be trustable, very professional
  • You have strong organisational skills
  • You are interesting in the financial sector
  • You are at ease with Ms Office
  • You have good communication skills
  • We need discretion and confidentiality
