That's XPE. For one of our clients we are looking for: Sales Manager Pharma Benelux Organisation description:

A top 5 fast growing pharmaceutical company (SME) is looking for a sales manager Benelux.

Job description:

  • -
  • Comply with all reporting requirements , including monthly reports required, such as covering, frequency, target group follow –up , feedback on sales team in per rep performance.

  • Provide local in market information to management and individual report discussion towards sales team members based on IMS figures

  • -
  • Coaching and daily follow up of sales team: sales performance, sales behavior and input and redirect where required

  • -
  • Play intermediate role between rep and HCP and take the lead where required

  • -
  • Follow –up and management of all events related to sales team: local /regional meetings, local congresses…in line with marketing or medical

  • -
  • Ensure ethical and legal requirement implementation in sales team and provide feedback to RA manager at regular times

  • Reward or correct behavior where required

  • -
  • Thorough individual sales rep guidance, coaching and result analysis

  • -
  • Be wholesaler contact person :through regular visits , negotiation for the GR portfolio and questioning /correcting ordering behavior when deviations from standard- be the ‘face' at WH level for GR.

  • Hospital negotiation input and follow up where applicable : start and follow procedure in order to gain portfolio or product share in relevant markets

  • Collaborate and provide input for local strategy: provide input from the field to obtain sustainable results and adapt sales approach when required

  • Provide in market reaction to optimize/test marketing /medical materials –towards medical and marketing colleagues

  • Cross-think and give input for forecasting at short term with other management members


    Knowledge/ Experiences:

  • Fluent in French ,Dutch and English

  • Min. 3 years' experience in equivalent function in pharma

  • Excellent Track record of people management

  • Excellent people management skills: cope with different personalities, coach , appraise, reward and take corrective measures according to needs.

  • Team player: be the sales team leader, and ‘glue ‘ the team

  • Lead by example
