Technology Transfer Associate

To support the development of the company in Dutch Limburg, we are looking for a (m/f):

Technology Transfer Associate

You assist the Technology Transfer Manager during technology transfer and implementation of new project to the manufacturing facilities in accordance with GMP regulations. You work in close cooperation with other departments during the technology transfer process and you train the Biotech Associates.


  • Participate in process mapping, risk assessment and gap analysis.
  • Gain understanding of manufacturing process, process mapping, risk analysis, process implementation and other technology transfer related issues.
  • Participate in writing protocols and reports for process qualification and validation.
  • Generate and revise manufacturing related documents for manufacturing process(es).
  • Participate in follow up on deviation, CAPAs and changes.
  • Transfer his knowledge to the Biotech Associates during technology transfer phase.
  • Work in cooperation with other departments during the technology transfer.


  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in Biology, Medical Technology or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
  • 2 years of experience with cell or tissue culturing is required, preferably in a GMP regulated environment.
  • Experience in general laboratory and documentation is recommended.
  • Knowledge of GMP regulation and Quality awareness.
  • Result oriented, accurate, problem solver and attentive to details.
  • Very good command of English.
