As Polyvalent administrative assistant you will report to the commercial and account director.

The function is polyvalent and linked to administration, supply chain and customer service.

Client Details

The company was created 20 years ago and are for the moment looking for good potential to grow more and more.

The company is located in the South of Brussels and is well-known in the Fashion Distribution sector .


As Polyvalent Administrative Assistant in this Fashion company you will:

  • Provide Administrative support to their commercial team
  • Welcome and do the follow-up of their clients
  • You are in charge of taking all the meetings and all the phone calls and emails received
  • You are also in charge of the good follow-up of deliveries, orders and billing
  • When there is a defect in the delivery you are the right person to handle it and reconduct it to the right entity
  • Encoding of all the data related to the articles in the database


The perfect candidate must:

  • Be perfectly bilingual in Dutch and French (English is a plus)
  • You love contacts with customers
  • You like the Fashion sector
  • You're proactive, motivated and fast in your work
  • You have a strong and nice personality
  • You can easily use Microsoft Office
  • You have facilities with numbers and reporting
