For an international company active in the Beverages sector, we are looking for a Customer Insight Analyst to reinforce their Marketing team in Southern Antwerp.


Our client is an international player in the FMCG / Beverages sector. Today they are looking for a Customer Insight Analyst to reinforce their Marketing team.

The company is located in Southern Antwerp.


As a Customer Insight Analyst you have the following responsibilities:

  • You create monthly Marketing Analytics reports
  • You analyse the sales and brand performances
  • You pro-actively investigate the beverages market, its trends and the competitors' positioning
  • You are responsible for the long-term sales forecast
  • You give insights about the current market situation and upcoming trends based on market figures, trend watching and desk research
  • You provide support to the marketing managers with consumer research and advise them on how the should position their brands/products

    The ideal Customer Insight Analyst:

  • You have a degree in Economics/Business Administration or Statistics
  • You have an excellent level of French or Dutch + a good level of English
  • You have 0 to 2 years of experience in an Analytical role - knowledge of Nielsen, Gfk… is a plus
  • You have a passion for figures and statistics
  • You work in an organized manner and you are an excellent planner
  • You work very precisely and are detail-oriented
  • You are result-oriented
  • You are eager to learn, with the ambition to grow within the job and within the organization
