We are the official representation of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government to the European Union and 15 countries, including Belgium.
(Starting salary : € 2,500)
Providing administrative, logistics and secretarial support to the staff, including word processing, making travel arrangements, managing officers’ agenda and arranging meetings or visits;
Managing incoming and outgoing mails/correspondences;
Managing the office filing system including archives;
Assisting in ad-hoc functions of the office; and
Carrying out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualities and experience required
Proficiency in oral and written English, plus good command of French and/or Dutch, preferably both;
Preferably at least one year of relevant experience in secretarial and general office work, working experience in government or diplomatic offices would be an advantage.
Fresh university graduate with strong calibre would also be considered;
Good computer literacy, including software on word processing,PowerPoint Excel and general database;
Knowledge of basic accounting would be an advantage; and
Good communication skills, and able to cooperate with team members.
