  • Handling all administrative tasks following a customer contact.
  • Updating the customer information following the customer contact.
  • Respecting confidentiality with regards to all customer DATA.
  • Maintaining good relationships with all departments to quickly resolve potential customer issues.

Profil du candidat

As a Customer Care Professional you have the following characteristics:

  • Fluent in French, Dutch and English
  • Good knowledge of MS office
  • You are customer oriented
  • You have a team spirit
  • You like international environments
  • You have some experience in customer service
