Job Description

Main Tasks For the European Service Delivery

As member of the Global Service Delivey network, you are actively participating to any HR Service Delivery projects, continuous improvement initiatives with the HRSC with strong change management actions for the Zone Europe;

Lead regional Communication linked to HRSC IN SCOPE processes and regularly liaise with European local HR to ensure their buy-in and follow-up with HRSC processes;

Provide support to regional HR community and Business for any matters related to HRSC processes, HR systems and portal;

Monitor closely for the zone Europe HRSC performance and issues and follow-up on root cause analysis and preventive actions;

Lead the regional delivery of training for HR newcomers and refresher trainings for the European HR community as applicable on SAP HR, HR processes and tools, HRSC processes, HR services and policies;

For the local Belgium team Work closely with the local HR Business partners to support us on different topics such as invoicing, training management, contract management, database management etc;

The % of time estimated between the 2 roles may evolve depending on the priorities, but the main responsibilities remain on European Service Delivery.



Job Requirements

Profile

French and English are required (verbal and written);
Dutch is an real asset;
Experience with SAP HR is mandatory;
Strong analytical, problem solving skills;
Good communicator and active change agent;
Excellent planning and organizational skills;
Able to multitask and to work under tight deadlines;
Excellent at MS Office Excel & PowerPoint



Salary and Benefits

Our client offers you a half time job (20h/week), with a permanent contract after an interim period.
