As a Customer Care Coach:
- You will be in charge of managing the entire Customer Care team regarding their support skills.
- You will put in place trainings
- You will follow-up on a regular basis with each agent
- You will review every step of the process to make sure the service is at its best
The ideal Customer Care Coach:
- will have a strong experience (2 to 3 years minimum) in call centre or customer service
- will be perfect bilingual french and dutch
- will have strong empathy
- will be a able to teach and share its experience in a proper way
As a Customer Care coach:
- You will have a salary between 2600€ and 3000€ depending on experience
