For an agency providing games and innovative team building solutions, we are looking for an Event and Communication Coordinator.

Client Details

Our client is a start-up agency based in Anderlecht. They are specialized in team building organizations. They turn any outdoor or indoor space into playgrounds, using various apps and game mechanics.

Description

  • As an Event and Communication Coordinator, you sell products by recommending solutions, writing and editing proposals
  • You maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
  • You identify product improvements or new products by remaining up-to-date on Wannapplay's products, industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • You maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending wannapplay's events (reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional events and fairs)
  • You manage suppliers to set-up the events
  • You plan, create and publish monthly newsletters
  • You master all websites (present and future) including, but not exhaustively, maintaining and improvement, copyrighting, SEO, blogging, suppliers page; in French, Dutch and English
  • You manage our social pages including, but not exhaustively, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
  • You work on all commercial tools: you maintain and improve the offer templates, commercial videos and promotional material

Profile

  • You have knowledge of the tourism/ event sector
  • You speak Dutch and English, other languages are a plus
  • You have good presentation skills
  • You have excellent client relationship
  • You are proactive, creative, independent and can work with a team
