Description

As a Back Office Coordinator you will get following responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for Supplier customers concerning all service and product related issues
  • Providing of up to date reporting for internal and external issues
  • Responsible for making the offers/quotations to the suppliers and clients and the follow up until the order as well as the finance.

    • Responsible for the export and transport logistic of the goods with all the different freight companies available to the customer.

    • Interface between Production and Sales operations; ensuring fluent communication flow

    • SME environment - all-round tasks (Invoicing, admin, optimisation ISO9001 certificate...) to support the whole production en sales process

    Profile

    For the position of Back Office Manager we are looking for someone with following profile:

    • You have a master's degree or equivalent through experience

    • You are perfectly bilingual (French & Dutch) and have knowledge of English / German

    • You have at least 3 years of work experience, preferably within coordinating roles

    • You have a commercial attitude, are communicative and customer & supplier-oriented

    • You have a sense of initiative, you are hands-on and dynamic and you work proactively

    • Team spirit - you can function in a SME environment and can work both independently and with your colleagues

    • You are flexible, stress-resistant and polyvalent

    • You have a good knowledge of MS Office

    • Experience with a CRM or ERP is a plus
