Multinational located in the center of Brussels looking for a Customer Service Expert in charge of the major accounts from A to Z. You will be in close relation with the sales and logistic department.

As a Customer Service Expert:

  • You maintain a good communication and relationship with the sales team and the logistic department.
  • Day-to-day support and follow up of open orders, making sure your clients are properly delivered and giving them extra attention as they are the premium segment of your clientele.
  • Diverse administrative task gravitating around your main tasks

  • You will work in a small team but will need to be able to find your way through complications and use your knowledge and experience to make the best decision.


As a Customer Service Expert:

  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • You are client oriented and are constantly thriving to better processes and services.
  • You have a bachelor/ Master or equivalence of work experience
  • You are a team player but capable to be independent and seek solutions on your own when needed.
