Hays is assisting its client in their search for a 1st line IT Support / Helpdesk to join a worldwide digital company based in Diegem. In your role of 1st line IT Support, you will be part of a team existing of dynamic and motivated people. You will be in charge of providing first line support to the end users of the company's products. You will work on various IT issues related to hardware and software and you will analyze the situation to find the adequate solution. as time goes by you will take ownership of company's solutions and be the expert. If needed, you will escalate the problem to the 2nd or 3rd line IT support. Finally, you will get the opportunity to evolve within the company and to gain knowledge and expertise by working with experienced colleagues.
As a first line IT Support / Helpdesk, you have a good affinity with IT and you already have a first experience. On top of that, you are eager to learn more about new digital solutions and new technologies and you are looking to keep on gaining experience within an IT support environment. In addition that that, you have good analytical and communication skills along with a problem-solver and customer-oriented mindset. Finally, you are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
