Job description:

§Preparing marketing plans for existing and new drugs

§Adapting central marketing strategies to the country-specific requirements and regulations

§Ensure implementation and monitoring of the annual plans (preparation and implementation of promotional tools, sales pitches, …)

§Creating and presenting marketing campaigns, coordination of the release processes

§Client contact and opinion leader management

§Maintain regular contact with external experts in order to contribute to the support of the products on the market.

§Drive execution of strategies and tactics in the field through extensive field travel, creative promotions, by identifying and using key marketing channels (digital tools, press, congresses, publications, surveys, …)

§Project Management: Manages the marketing aspects of projects involving cross functional groups.

§Participation in national and international conferences

§Participation in Team Meetings

§Collecting and sharing information about new products and new developments

§Training/informing and further education of in-house staff and field representatives

§Observation, analysis and evaluation of market and competitor activities

§Search, collect, update and analyse relevant information concerning competition, market potential, market share, therapeutic and scientific literature, product knowledge, sales results, …

§Develop the annual marketing plan for each product according to its priority and participate in the establishment of the strategic plan.

§Manage a marketing budget for specific product line: anticipate expenses and plan a budget, track expenses.

§ All of these functions under the guidance of a group product manager.

Profile:

§ Physician, Pharmacist, PhD in sciences, or Master in sciences

§ A sales AND marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry

§ Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written) and organizational skills

§ Patient oriented

§ Tri-lingual (Dutch-French-English)
