Our client is looking for an Account Manager Real Estate who will expand the external advertising on a national level:
- You prospect constantly the field, always searching for new strategic and creative ways to communicate to people
- You build fast trusting relationships with owners, entrepreneurs, architects, city halls
- You are in charge of developing the projects from A to Z, handling the contacts with all the stakeholders, the respect of the budget and the approval of the city halls and cities
- You report directly to the Head of the department.
- The job involves many responsibilities which require a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the field
- This experience has helped you build an important network, ideally in the public or real estate sectors
- You are bilingual Dutch and French, the job being on a national level
- You are driven by results, reactive, and most of all you have a do attitude.
