Sales representative - successful Belgian startup

From four to thirty people in two years, the company has been developing in Belgium and France the success of the project: a practical and helpful app for its 250.000 users, making their lives easier.
With a sales revenue amounting to 3.5 € million and a 3 € million fund raising in the beginning of this year, the company is on a promising path, looking to grow even more in Flanders.
The Sales and Marketing BtoB Distribution team counts 12 people:
- 6 marketers and one brand manager
- One customer success and four sales representatives: the sales team is today looking for its sixth person!
Always growing since its first steps in 2015, the sales team is looking for a passionate profile who will help them continue growing. Attached to the BtoB Business Development team, you will:
- Maintain the sustainable growth of the company, your main responsibility being to create new leads and opportunities in order to develop new BtoB partnerships
- Create yourself a network of companies that will generate new leads, and will of course work on the already established sales pipeline
- As a true account manager, you will maintain stable and transparent relationships with the existing accounts
- Report to the head of sales in the BtoB Distribution team.
- Must have a native level of Dutch
- Is driven by business development, always looking for growth opportunities
- Is a very social person who makes every conversation into an opportunity
- Has at least a first experience in sales (it can be an internship if relevant)
- Is independent and curious and creative.
