As Customer Service Representative for Nordics, you will offer administrative and commercial support for clients in the Nordic region.

Client Details

Our client is a global leading premium brand, located in Grimbergen (Strombeek-Bever).


The Customer Service Representative for Nordics will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the customer service department with order processing during high workload
  • Handling a client portfolio (mainly Nordic countries, back up for other region)
  • Processing all incoming orders from trade partners and sales representatives
  • Staying in contact with customers, informing them of order statuses, expected delivery dates, processing complaints
  • Monitoring the delivery process and solve problems as they occur
  • Monitoring credit and payment conditions of customers, return requests, product availability
  • Following up on backorders
  • Assisting and supporting sales representatives in the field, e.g. delivering customer and sales data


The ideal Customer Service Representative:

  • You have a bachelor degree (ideally)
  • You have at least a first experience as an order desk representative/customer service
  • You are proactive, stress-resistant and sociable, you can work independently and in a team
  • You have experience with SAP (SD module) and with Excel
  • You have a very good knowledge of English, another European language is a big plus (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or German, French, ...)
