The purpose of this function is to develop the turnover, the volume of the margin and the market share of the brand in
the area entrusted. Belgium (60%), Eastern Europe (mainly Baltic States and Ukraine).

Our client, based in France, is an international company that produces and distributes chemical products that are mainly used for sealing, maintenance and repair of sanitary and heating installations and equipment.

Description

As an International Account Manager, your key responsibilities are:

  • Develop and maintain the customer portfolio in professional and DIY distribution
  • Develop the turnover, the volume of the margin and the market share of the brand in
    the area entrusted. Belgium (60%), Eastern Europe (mainly Baltic States and Ukraine)
  • Establish business relationships with local distributors
  • Promote brand visibility in the market
  • Business trips on area
  • Be a force of proposal to the international direction
  • Actively ensure the solvency of all clients
  • Support the International Director in key account (central) negotiations
  • Train and animate existing networks by:
    o highlighting the advantages of the brand with them
    o Training sales teams on distributed lines
    o Accompanying them if needed
  • Propose the design and production of documents adapted to the markets, in close
    collaboration with the Product Cluster
  • Participate in defining the company's export policy in the context of exchanges with
    its hierarchy
  • Propose and deploy non-media marketing and communication actions (presence at
    trade fairs, presence at local trade marketing events, special operations, etc.) and
    media (specialized press and other media) in the context of the defined sales and
    marketing policy

Profile

As an International Account Manager, you have the following profile:

  • Good level of general culture and knowledge of the cultures of the targeted countries
  • Mastery of 3 languages (FR / NL / EN)
  • Trading Conduct
  • Knowledge of products and their uses
  • Knowledge of export / import practices to target countries (customs, import, logistics
    flows)
