You will assist the two founders and the CFO of a private equity

Client Details

Our client is a start-up investing in disruptive, technology-led food and agriculture businesses - driving long-term impact across the food and agriculture sector.Due to the start- up status of the business and the small team size, the role will be split into three distinct areas of responsibility:

  • executive assistant for one of the fund's co-founders
  • office management
  • administrative and accounting support to the team
  • Description

    Executive assistant - Your tasks:

    • Organising and scheduling meetings, managing co-founder's schedule
    • Booking business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and lodging for co-founders
    • Communicating with Strategic Advisors, Investors and External Directors
    • Liaising with other staff members on behalf of leadership team

    • Maintaining and distributing office correspondence
    • Organising the office layout and order stationery and equipment

    • Managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and manage the office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
    • Administrative support

    Profile

    Executive assistant - Your profile:

    • you are fluent in French and English
    • You an experience as an executive assistant
    • you are hands- on, dynamic and work very organised
    • you are professional and are willing to travel if necessary
