As a Sales Operations Analyst you are responsible for deploying, developing, maintaining and optimizing salesforce tools. You successfully lead and participate to cross-functional activities and projects regarding the client's CRM system (SalesForce.com) with as goal to ensure that they are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the CRM system based on the customer's global roadmap. You use data analytics and analytical expertise to evaluate, improve and support sales and sales operation processes. Your mission & daily activities: EMEA Subject Matter Expert and trainer for sales tools and processes such as SalesForce.com, dashboards, territory management, customer hierarchy. Lead and manage SFDC automation projects based on the Global Roadmap and EMEA specific needs (participate to x-functional meetings to capture needs, connect with US (Global CRM coordinator), participate to global project development initiatives) User assistance and adoption :
- Create and provide training to new and existing users on an on-going basis
- Track correct use of SFDC according to global guidelines, by monitoring and regular feedback to users and senior management. Explore, propose ideas to increase user adoption.
- Expand use of SFDC, assist with determining if/how SFDC can be used in new ways to capture, analyze and enabling decisions based on customer data (also how current data capturing processes can be integrated in SFDC). Example win/loss reporting, sales forecasting, price approval process.
- Communicate regularly with user base regarding new features, enhancements and changes to the system (TIPS and TRICKS).
Data quality, migration and maintenance
- Assist with migration from older systems, processes to SFDC
- Monitor neglected leads, opportunities, accounts and contacts (for accurate funnel mgt).
- Create new processes and associated reporting.
- Monitor and improve data quality, ensure data integrity
Reporting, dashboard and maintenance
- Propose, create and maintain dashboards and reports that track performance (SIP, KPI's, metrics, ...) or to be used for driving management decisions.
- Capture sales teams needs on sales and other commercial statistics and translate into dashboard (PowerBI) reporting.
Act as a project member or leader for various sales operations projects by providing analytical support, researching issues and identifying solutions. Work closely with Commercial Finance team and IT to support sales or business area analytical requests. Work in close collaboration and act as back-up of the EMEA Commercial Process and System Specialist.Profile:
This is what we like to see on your CV: Min. Bachelor. Equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered. Experience of 5 years in a similar role preferably in a healthcare industry, at least 3 years working with sales and/or marketing teams Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Management Systems (ERP, CRM's …) Demonstrated knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies and tools Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage multiple projects and project teams Good presentation & communication skills. Have the ability to use “positive language”. Analytical skills, efficient and focused on the goal. No surprise there, right? Strong process oriented in compliance with company processes Excellent problem solving skills understand markets dynamics and trends, customer and sales needs understand, experience with systems and tools that impact sales and CRM system (SAP, BW, SFDC,...)
