Sales Support administrator
As a Sales Support Administrator you will be in charge of the sales contracts management from A to Z.
For our client that is a worldwide leader in the payment terminals sector located in Brussels we're looking for a Sales Support Administrator for their boarding department.
As a Sales Support Administrator your tasks will be:
- The complete management of the sales contract.
- The dispatching of the different information towards the different departments.
- To contact the different parts of the contract in order to ensure the completion of the files.
- To check the validity of the contracts.
- The preparation of all the documents needed for the delivery
As a Sales Support Administrator you have the following profile:
- You speak fluently French, Dutch and English.
- A previous experience in the banking sector is a plus.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are conscientious and meticulous.
- You are dynamic and professional in any kind of situation.
- You like taking initiative and have responsibilities.
