As a Sales Support Administrator you will be in charge of the sales contracts management from A to Z.

Client Details

For our client that is a worldwide leader in the payment terminals sector located in Brussels we're looking for a Sales Support Administrator for their boarding department.


As a Sales Support Administrator your tasks will be:

  • The complete management of the sales contract.

  • The dispatching of the different information towards the different departments.

  • To contact the different parts of the contract in order to ensure the completion of the files.

  • To check the validity of the contracts.

  • The preparation of all the documents needed for the delivery


As a Sales Support Administrator you have the following profile:

  • You speak fluently French, Dutch and English.

  • A previous experience in the banking sector is a plus.

  • You have excellent communication skills.

  • You are conscientious and meticulous.

  • You are dynamic and professional in any kind of situation.

  • You like taking initiative and have responsibilities.
