Client Details

Our client is a major global actor active in the Education sector. In order to sustain their growth and develop their Marketing & Communication they are looking to extend their team with the role of Head of Marketing & Communication.


The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Marketing & Communication strategies - aligned with the organization values and strategic priorities.
  • Develop & Implement a new Brand strategy for the organizations on a 360° scope.

  • Planning and implementation of day-to-day Marketing activities

  • Drive lead generation and retention strategies and tactics

  • Develop new commercial relations with external stakeholders

  • Managing and optimising campaigns - especially digital

  • Tracking Targets, results and budget responsibilities

  • Forecasting & reporting of all the new business developed

  • Establish, maintain and develop the international commercial strategy

  • Maintain an up-to-date evidence base of the needs and concerns of our internal and external stakeholders

  • Create and develop tools to identify and attract new targets

  • Devise deliver and measure communication campaigns (brand, data, digital)

  • Drive the development of a dynamic website

  • Evaluate ROI of Marketing activities

  • Improving the quality of client facing communication (including newsletters, social media etc.)

  • Build outstanding links with national / regional media and digital influencers

  • Manage the field team of 4 persons


The successful candidate will have the following requirements:

  • Strong Marketing and Sale experience is a MUST

  • Experience of developing and implementing digital marketing strategies is a MUST (including branding, segmentation etc.)

  • A master degree in Business or equivalent by experience

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Marketing and Sales field

  • Experience of developing and implementing digital marketing strategies (including branding, segmentation etc.)

  • Strategic and innovative mindset

  • Results and performance driven
  • Excellent customer focus and customer care

  • Excellent engagement and communications skills

  • Strong leadership capability
  • Experience in devising and implementing a marketing plan

  • Experience of having worked within a service delivery sector or education sector is a strong asset

  • Strong analytical skills and proven record of using data and research tools

  • Ability to build, manage and motivate cross functional teams

  • Experience in using digital and social media trends and tools to influence the sales life cycle

  • Understands and is able to build strong customer advocacy

  • Knowledge of client loyalty and retention process

  • Fluent in English and French - additional language is an asset
