Following his growth and to maintain its leader position on the market my customer is looking to recruit an experience sales person within the B2B building material industry.

My client has also a division of providing cleaning products for clean environments. It has products that provide easy maintenance and come in progressive and customised designs, all with a single-source warranty that covers both installation and products. From start to finish, its 300 territory managers, project engineers and 175 installation teams worldwide, work with you on design specifications, project management, final walk through and service after the sale.

Description

As Area sales manager you will be responsible for

  • Developing and maintaining sales at targeted accounts/region
  • Preparing, evaluating and negotiating contract proposals, analyses costs of each order
  • Compiling and organising information about customers and competition
  • Analysing specific commercial opportunities and market development and make recommendations accordingly
  • Budgeting and forecasting sales and reporting results
  • Preparing periodical updates on industry supply and demand information within sales region
  • Analysing and evaluating specific projects within your accounts

Profile

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales role within the building and material industry
  • Languages skills: Bilingual French and English. Dutch is a big plus
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Economics
  • Solution oriented and creative thinking capabilities
  • Very good planning & organisational skills
