As Personal Management Assistant to the Vice-President you are the first point of contact for external and internal contact,
Your main tasks will be :
Agenda Management, preparing, organizing meetings, taking minutes, calendar management
Filter Telephone calls, emails, correspondence and where necessary handle themselves,
Manage account operations,
High Impact Communication,
Administrative process knowledge, Analytical Ability,
You have idealy worked in a Business environment (Asset would be : eg. worked for Sales, sales IT services/product company)
Excellent/fluent writing/communication skills English and Dutch – French is an asset
Flexible mind-set/ attitude,
Very good knowledge of MS Office , Office Administration,
Living Brussels area.
Salary and Benefits
This will be a temporary contract however for long term approx. 2years extended every 6 months. The location will Brussels, center of Brussels.
