Job description:

As Quality Systems Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining as well as enhancing the Quality Systems and providing support for standardization of procedures. You will manage Quality Assurance activities, ensuring GLP, GCP, GCLP, Quality Processes, Training and Qualification. You will be also responsible for conducting internal and external audits and will be the Quality/GxP resource for supporting project teams. You are involved in obtaining appropriate certification or accreditation as needed You update and maintain Quality Assurance logs, databases, and generate metrics as needed You review SOPs You participate in the development and delivery of internal training programs You assist management in the preparation for regulatory agency inspections and sponsor specific inspections You review and evaluate investigations, findings and resolutions, change control, CAPAs, non-conformances, and audit observations You support equipment and software validations


Is this your future challenge? You have at least 5 years of quality and/or compliance related experience in pharmaceutical / clinical industry, working in a regulated environment with direct QA responsibility You have a strong experience with GLP and GCLP quality requirements You can demonstrate people management skills You have a strong experience of conducting internal and external audits You have documentation management skill and the ability to design and implement quality processes You have proven flexibility to adjust to constantly changing priorities, handle multiple tasks, while maintaining quality You have the ability to identify and/or resolve quality issues, discrepancies with others in a proactive, diplomatic, flexible and constructive manner You are able to independently convey information with authority, handle high sensitive matters and interact with high-level contact with other organizations You have a good knowledge of French and English
