Job description:

The Regulatory Third Parties Strategy support Manager will be acting as project manager for the driving of specific processes and activities as forecast, actuals, oversight coordination in collaboration with business owners. He/She will also participate to the development/maintenance of the related documentation and KPI. The Position Holder will need to dissect various processes / ways of working applied within GRA and assess the most logical and efficiency way in order to meet business and compliance needs, taking into account performance. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the execution of the resourcing strategy in GRA in order to adopt the best practices when working with service providers ( compliant with GSOP) Execute a oversight plan per contract Manage the list of suppliers & contracts / Providing support in the planning, mapping of activities and keeping this up-to-date Ensure proper on boarding of Functional Service Providers including training &systems Follow budget & actuals Help the business to implement the right governance with external services providers & ensure consistent implementation of the governance across our contracts Contribute to increase audit readiness of the business for any activities handled by Third Parties Do robust risk assessment and risk mitigation with teams Organization and coordination of meetings and follow-up Taking minutes and following up on agreed actions Lead the initiation of KPI'S per contract

Profile:

Education University level (Science or Management background) or equivalent by experience Knowledge Knowledge of finance process Project management experience Expertise of SAP Experience 3 months to 5 years in the Project Management Environment Skills Good communication, presentation and influencing skills Fluent in English (written and oral) Good cultural awareness and negotiating with customer competencies Logical/process oriented approach
