sales departmentJob description:
-Comply with all reporting requirements , including monthly reports required, such as covering, frequency, ...;
Provide local in market information to board;
Coaching and daily follow up of sales team: sales performance, sales behavior and input and redirect where required;
-Follow –up and management of all events related to sales team
-Thorough individual sales rep guidance, coaching and result analysis
Be wholesaler contact person :through regular visits, negotiation and questioning /correcting ordering behavior.
-Cross-think and give input for forecasting at short term with other dircom membersProfile:
Fluent in French ,Dutch and English
Min. 5 years' experience in equivalent function in pharma
Excellent Track record of people management
• Education: sales,marketing, para-medical
Strategic orientation: analytical and conceptual skills. Being able to analyse region's and brick results and reorient/adapt where needed to ensure target result
Result oriented: Focus on results and execution . Anticipate barriers, potential deviations and re-orientate resources and activities to maintain focus.
Ability to multi-task in cross-functional teams
Motivated, able to work independently, open minded and entrepreneurial, balancing responsibility and flexibility
Excellent people management skills: cope with different personalities, coach , appraise, reward and take corrective measures according to needs.Offer:
