Your duties and responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure smooth delivery of services by handling the scheduling and the administrative tasks related to Sales Support.
- Provide administrative, organizational support to the team.
- Analyze, verify and control documents and/or data in different forms, including spreadsheets, databases, presentations, reports, etc
- Manage expense notes and provide administrative support to Sales team members
- Ensure various reporting and administrative tasks related to the department
- Proven experience as all-round department assistant or equivalent, ideally in an international context
- A strong knowledge and practice of Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor degree as a Management Assistant or equivalent by experience
- Very good communication skills in written and spoken French and English;
- You are a rigorous and polyvalent person with very good organizing skills
