You will be responsible for the customer service departement of a company based in the luxury sector.

Our client is responsible for several brands. They take in charge several Customer Services of wellknown luxury brands.
You will be responsible for the German Market:
- Handle all incoming calls
- handle all incoming mails
- Handle all chat-box mails
- Ensure a good Client relationship
Profil du candidat
You have the following competences:
- You speak german and french
- You also speak dutch or english
- You have affinities with luxury good
- You are motivated
- You are client oriented
