As a E-learning Responsible / Training Coordinator you are part of the Training and Talent Development team based in Brussels and you analyze all the training needs for the all the points of sales.
Our clients is a Belgian retail company part of a French Group; its HQ are in Brussels and they count today over 200 point of sales in Belgium/Luxembourg.
They are looking for a new Training Coordinator / e-learning with experience to joint the Talent Development HR team.
The E-learning Responsible / Training Coordinator is part of the HR Talent Development Team based in Brussels.
1) Development of the e-learning:
You make sure that the most innovative and effective training methods are used, that all digital trainings are given in a structured and organized way in order to allow employees to progress in their function or to move to another function.
With the concerned stakeholder, you determine the best learning platform: video, quizz, ... and you provide them specialist advice.
You make sure the existing training programs are translated into e-learning modules via Articulate Storyline (or other digital material).
2) Management of the LMS:
Within the training team, you are the unique responsible for the management of the LMS: you are in charge of update all relevant information, create the e-learning and other modules on the LMS and create reporting for a proper follow up.
The right E-learning Responsible / Training Coordinator is/has:
- Fluent in French and as least an operational knowledge of Dutch (or the contraty)
- Mandatory : knowledge of LMS software such as : Absorb LMS / Articulate Storyline / Videoscribe / Handbrake/ Inkscape / Photoshop / Audacity
- At least 3 years of experience in e-learning or digital training
- Creative, team player
