As a successful Internal Account Manager, you handle your portfolio of clients from A to Z
- You target prospects by networking, looking around you, doing research: you work autonomously and find them the way you want
- You reach them, present them the service, you understand their needs and answer to those
- You negotiate with them and handle the sales
- Cross-selling and up-selling is part of the job
- You work closely with the Marketing Team on the promotive campaigns
- You make sure your clients are satisfied, give them a great experience and follow up so they will come back!
- As the job is on a national scale, you speak fluently French and Dutch
- A first B2B sales experience is a plus
- You are client oriented and target driven
- You have a great team spirit
- You are of course a sales person, brand ambassador of the company !
