You are responsible for various projects of a company investing in property.

Client Details

Our client is a company investing in interior projects across various European countries.


  • Coordination and administration of tasks relating to the property, including but not limited to security, insurance, cars, necessary repairs, home deliveries, shipping etc
    • Supporting construction and home interior projects / contracts, which currently include:

    • duties will include but not be limited to coordination with architects and builders engaged on the project
    • New construction projects in Paris and the French countryside: support with research, planning and coordination with lawyers and architects
    • Financial administration: verification of payments and budget reconciliations comparison to budgets, liaising with accountants to prepare and file invoices and expenses


    • IT proficiency: power point; Instagram account mgt; basic HTML (web site content support)
    • Full drivers licence
    • Executive Support Experience
    • Administration & Organisation
    • Clear Communication Skills
    • Fluency in English and French
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular), plus basic knowledge of Instagram and HTML (for website content support)
