KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - SOFTWARE

For our client, located in the north of Brussels, and active in the software solution industry HAYS SALES looking for a Key Account Manager.
The purpose of the job is to communicate the go2market solutions of the company to high level organizations. You are an expert of your market and build solid and long term relationships with c-levels. You and the single point of contact of clients and your strategic relationships allow you to spot opportunities in order to propose your complex solutions. You are able to brainstorm with your clients and to reflect on how you can offer the proper solutions to your clients. To do so, you are on the road to meet your clients and provide them the expertise of the software. You also work from the office to ensure the internal coordination of meetings with the different departments. Your personal goal is to maximize the revenue and margin. You report directly to the Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor or master degree. You must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the same industry. An in-depth knowledge of the ICT market with its trends, innovations, products and services is mandatory for this position. You must be fluent in Dutch, French and English. We are looking for candidates with a down-to-earth mentality, proactive, open and team players. For this position, the candidate has also to be optimistic with a can do attitude, and very good communication.
