Our client is an internationaly recognised agency active in the air-traffic sector.
• Record the accounting transactions of the Pension Fund;• Assistance in the day-to-day operational management of the Fund;• Preparation of monthly and quarterly investment instructions (bank and Asset Manager);• Update and verification of the Fund portfolio for investment purposes;• Preparation of the annual accounts of the Pension Fund;• Assistance in the preparation of financial reports required by the Regulation of the Pension Fund (quarterly reports, bi-annual Newsletters, Annual Report);• Deal with ad-hoc administrative tasks requested by the Fund Executive Officer and the deputy;• Liaise with other services in the Agency such as Treasury and Accounting.
Profile: • Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent relevant professional experience.• Minimum 3 years in a relevant domain (i.e. accounting)• Experience with Financial accounting and reporting (e.g. general ledger, gains and losses from financial transactions, IFRS);• Experience with Excel (pivot table, production of figures and charts);• Knowledge of ORACLE Financial system and of Business Objects (BO) tool would be desirable;• Thorough knowledge of French and a satisfactory knowledge of English or vice-versa.
