For La Lorraine, the biggest player in the bakery business, Hays Sales is looking for a Field Sales Representative for the Brussels region, Flemish and Walloon Brabant.
As a Field Sales Representative, the purpose of your job is to manage a client portfolio you'll receive. This will involve maintaining good relationships with the existing clients as well as further developing your own portfolio. For such, you'll be mainly on the road and get back to the office (bi-)weekly. Your clients are all active in the retail food sector. At the client, your main focus will be to introduce new products and stimulate them to expand the existing product range. Moreover, you'll work closely with the sales team to provide the best services and represent La Lorraine at professional fairs.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in the FMCG sector; experience in the food sector is a plus. Next to this, you have a passion for food and mainly for bakery products. To manage and establish clients, you need to be extroverted and have great communication skills in Dutch and French. You are a hard worker, dynamic, a team player and result-driven. Moreover, you'll need to be flexible and trusted with the region you'll work in.
