IT Front Support
You will be part of the IT Support Business Unit.
As IT Front Support, you will:
- Support the Front (web based) solutions of the company
- Handle the IT Front incidents
- Analyse and coordinate the fix
- You have minimum 3 years’ experience in a support role
- You speak French and English (Dutch is a must)
- IT Support Management
- Log Analysis
- Network knowledge
- Apache Web server and IIS
- Webservice and soap-ui tool
