For one of our international clients based in Zaventem and active in the automotive sector we are looking for a data-driven Customer Experience manager with a proven experience in people management.

As a Customer Experience Manager you will be in charge of managing a team of 5 people in order to coordinate all the digital campaigns. Your main focus will be the customer journey and you will manage and grow your own team. Firstly, you will create and develop a long-term strategy within an omni-channel context and implement new technologies in this fast evolving market. This Digital Transformation aims to meet the challenges of an omni-channel world with new customer behaviours (Data driven, focused on E/M-Commerce) and new forms of competition. In order to lead your team in an efficient way of working you will translate and coordinate the customer journey touchpoints into digital campaigns. Moreover you will be the digital Ambassador of the whole company by sharing all your knowledge to the other departments in order to lead the digital transformation. Finally, you will directly report to your Marketing Director.






The ideal candidate has a Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Communication or related. You also have a proven seven-year experience in the digital marketing with practical skills in Salesforce. You have an excellent knowledge of English and you are fluent in French or Dutch. Furthermore, you have an excellent knowledge of the digital marketing environment in additional to your experience in people management you know how to build successful Customer Experience strategies. You are communicative, result and client-oriented, you want to lead a team and develop great digital projects in the automotive sector.You are able to work with dashboards in order to create insights to improve the Customer Experience strategies
