The company is a leading global supplier of indistrial products, solutions and services.

Job Description

  • You assure the follow-up of customers (distributors, end-users) in the area you are responsible for by taking into consideration their business needs;
  • You manage the order processing for the entire range of the products and are responsible for the accounts receivable;
  • You are proactive in generating leads and opportunities for our sales department;
  • You keep the customer’s data up-to-date in the CRM systems;
  • You are part of the account team, working closely together with the account manager and the application engineer

Job Requirements

You have a Bachelor degree (preferably technical or commercial) or you can look back on several years of experience in a similar function;

You have 3 years of experience in a customer service or a sales supporting function;

You are communicative and have a good command of Dutch and English (French is a plus);

You are enthusiastic, motivated and a team player;

You are well organized and accurate;

You are result driven and customer orientated

You are an action-taker

Salary and Benefits
