  • Handle the IT Front incident (analysis and coordination of the fix)

Your profile:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of English and French
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Log Analysis
  • Network knowledge
  • Apache Web server and IIS
  • Webservice and soap-ui tool
  • Empathy, coordination, communication and support mindsit
  • Team worker, organized, autonomous
  • Customer oriented
