Hays IT is assisting one of its clients in their search for a Project Manager to join a familial and international company active in the insurance sector. As a Project Manager, you will closely work with the management board as well as with the different teams in the company. You will make sure that the dedicated teams have the right skills and you will follow up on the decisions taken for each project. Finally, you will be involved in the coordination of strategic meetings.

To be successful in this position, a 3-5 years' experience as Project Manager, Program Manager or PMO is required. Experience in the insurance/bank sector is considered an asset. A certification as Prince 2 is seen as a plus, but not mandatory. On top of that, you have excellent communication and project management skills. You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
