Hays IT is assisting one of its clients in their search for a Project Manager to join a familial and international company active in the insurance sector. Located in the city center of Brussels, the offices are easily reachable with the public transport and the dynamic atmosphere as well as the challenges will help you to keep on developing your skills.
- 3-5 years' experience as Project Manager or PMO
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English
As a Project Manager, you will closely work with the management board as well as with the different teams in the company. As part of your responsibilities, you will have an helicopter view on the ongoing projects and on the ones who will take place in the future with a common goal of improving the services and the business. You will make sure that the dedicated teams have the right skills and you will follow up on the decisions taken for each project. Finally, you will be involved in the coordination of strategic meetings.
To be successful in this position, a 3-5 years' experience as Project Manager, Program Manager or PMO is required. Experience in the insurance/bank sector is considered an asset. A certification as Prince 2 is seen as a plus, but not mandatory. On top of that, you have excellent communication and project management skills. You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
