Account Manager Communication

My client is looking for new Account Manager in COMMUNICATION for their small agency in Ghent.

Agency specialized mainly in Brand Activation, Communication and Events. Based with their headquarters in Antwerp and smaller offices in Brussels and Ghent and in The Netherlands. No more than 65 persons in total. Easily accessible with public transport in all cities

Description

Their Ghent Agency is looking for a new Communication Manager to reinforce the communication team. You will be leading 2 Project Managers, therefore a first experience in an agency is a must.

• You will lead and assist your colleagues with research, analysis and other collateral.

• You're focused, a proactive self-starter, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Het opbouwen en onderhouden van de relatie met je klanten.

Het uitwerken van productie briefings en het zorg dragen voor de follow up.

Het creatief invullen van communicatie projecten en campagnes in de breedste zin van het woord. Je weet klanten te verrassen, je team "out of the box" te laten denken en werken en de verschillende media op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats in te zetten (print, radio, TV, online …).

Het intern opvolgen van communicatie projecten waarbij je een toeziend oog houdt op de merk of product strategie van de klant.

Profile

Je beschikt over een master- of bachelor diploma in communicatie of marketing en kunt minstens 5 jaar agency ervaring als Account Manager in de Communicatiesector voorleggen. Daarnaast kun je jezelf een expert in organisatie noemen en ben je gepassioneerd door het merk en product van je klant. Je bent in het bezit van een portfolio van grotere communicatietrajecten waar je met recht trots op bent. Je bent een echte probleemoplosser en bent niet vies van deadlines. Proactief en accuraat werken en denken is je dagdagelijkse werkstijl.

Je hebt een goede kennis van (online en sociale) media, houdt ervan om de koe bij de horens te vatten en meerdere projecten in verschillende stadia op te volgen. Daarnaast communiceer je vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk en werk je nauwkeurig. Last but not least, Nederlands perfect, en je kan je daarnaast ook zeer goed verwoorden in het Frans en Engels.
