Main responsibilities
. Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, personal computer (PC) hardware and software problems
. Install, configure and test new PC hardware and software
. Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with all CSM systems
. Troubleshoot printers, basic computers and wired/wireless networks
. Maintain proficiency in PC technical fields of expertise with a high level of proficiency in using helpdesk systems and tools
. Coordinate warranty service where applicable
. Provide timely project updates and status reports
. Track and maintain personal computer equipment inventories
. Act with highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and accountability consistent with CSM core values
. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the basic requirements for compliance in own area of work and complies with those requirements
. Participate as required in training on regulatory issues affecting own area of work and bring regulatory compliance questions/issues to the attention of management
. Interact professionally with clients exhibiting strong customer service skills
. Performs other related duties and assignments as assigned
Ancillary activities
. Develop, prepare, test and deploy hard drive images
. Instruct clients in the basic use of approved hardware/software as needed
. Mobile phone configuration and troubleshooting

Skills
. Associate's degree or equivalent or 1-2 years related experience and/or training personal computer maintenance and support
. (Strong) Microsoft Office365 working knowledge - installation, configuration, support and functionality
. Knowledge of Active Directory Users and Computers Administrative Tools
. Customer facing experience involving interacting onsite and remotely in support of new and existing computers, operating systems, software and networks (end user Io customer)
. Ability to develop, produce, and maintain high quality service and training documentation associated with new and existing computers, operating systems, software, networks, and adoption
. Ability to meet and exceed job expectations with limited supervision
. Excellent communications skills (both verbal and written)
. Good level in English : (mainly written and in reading)
