We are looking for the Personal Assistant(e) of the CEO for an International Company located in Meise.

Client Details

The Belgian company is located in Meise, international market leader for the construction of luxury horse transportation.


As Personal Assistant(e) of the CEO you will be responsible for :

- Administrative tasks related to all the international projects,

- Office support,

- Calendar management, organising meetings,

- Day to day activities of the CEO in an international environment,

- Following each project.


The successful candidate will be/have :

- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English,

- Very good writing skills in Dutch, French, English,

- Strong organisation skills and time management,

- The ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects and manage the workload,

- Flexibility is really important, to be proactive and to anticipate,

- Someone that we can trust and you have an open mind.
