Client Details
Our client is an international company active worldwide, in ongoing expansion, active in trendy products in the consumer technological goods sector.
Description
As a Sales & Customer Service Officer, your mission will be the following :
- Be the point of contact for B2B clients operating on the Belgian & several foreign markets
- Take care of the follow-up of orders in the system, from A to Z (OTC)
- Manage the coordination with transporters, respond to inquiries/issues/delays
- Support for the invoicing process
- Coordination with the other internal departments, direct the potential unresolved issues to appropriate departments
Profile
- Ideally at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in French & Dutch, and ideally in English as well
- Customer-oriented, problem-solver, dynamic
- Good communication skills
- SAP knoweldge is a plus, IT-savy (Office, Excel,..)
